How We Rate Our Diet Reports

Best Healthy Weight Loss Diet Reports presents unbiased reviews of many of the various weight loss diets available on the Internet as well as books available.

We present Product Description, classification, features and benefits, as well as listing the price(s).  We have devised a rating system that we give you the reader a visual cue as to help you know if a diet plan is worthwhile.

We base the rating system on the following:

  • Food plan, what we look for: based on fresh prepared, small meals, moderate portions
  • Exercise: Is there any?  If so, what types and how often
  • Other lifestyle changes:  lifetime maintenance, stress management
  • Accessiblity & Support?  is there a forum, customer service
  • Over all customer feedback found on the Internet as well as on the individual site.

Please note that we assess according to the above, not whether it is popular or not.  There are many great plans out there, but hope to show you the plans in light of common sense and not hype.

We hope to evaluate as many plans as are available.  If you do not see one here, please sugggest it.  I will say now that we have contacted all the owners of the top 20 most popular plans to have review copies sent.  Many did not choose to have a review.
