Who Is Marie?
Hi all,
I am Marie Stimson, webmaster of this site and researcher of anything to do with health and diet. I took on this project mostly because I kept hearing folks ask for help finding the best weight loss program out there and especially on the internet.
You see, just because a diet is popular doesn’t mean it is good for you. I talk about that here. I talk about over all health as opposed to weight loss for weight loss’s sake. Sure, I know we who are fat want to lose it – NOW! But there are lots of things involved in changing a lifetime of bad habits!
So, here and now – I am purposing to lose my own excess fat and here is how I plan to do it:
I will use the Eat Stop Eat diet plan which really is not a diet plan!
I will check in every month unless I have something very exciting to report.
I will use Turbulence Training for my exercise plan but with my own pre beginner program ( I mean we are talking resurrecting off the couch!)
My stats: 9/30/2008
- Age 48+
- Weight: 201 pounds (!)
- BMI 31%
- Relatively good health with minor complaints of arthritis and low back pain – nothing I can’t handle though.
